Share Your Story. Preserve a Legacy. Inspire the Future.
April 16 - 17, 2026 at WASP WWII Museum

During Homecoming Weekend 2026 (April 17–18), the National WASP WWII Museum has set aside dedicated time for second-generation Military Aviators to record and share their oral histories on April 16–17.

While the Museum honors the groundbreaking women who served as WASP, we also recognize the powerful legacy carried forward by the next generation. Your experiences reflect the lasting impact of their bravery and the ways courage, service, and determination continue to shape lives and careers today. By sharing your story, you help create a living bridge between history and the future.

This project is about creating a permanent home for those stories. A place where your voice can encourage young people to step into aviation and other paths with confidence, knowing that possibility was earned and passed forward. Now is the time for these stories to shine, to be recognized, celebrated, and learned from, and to show how the legacy of the WASP continues to take flight through the generations.

By sharing your story, you help create a living bridge between history and the future.
