You will be connected to PayPal to make your membership donation. You may choose to donate the amount requested for the Membership Level you wish to join, or if you prefer, you may choose to give more. THE AVIATOR MEMBERSHIP – One Person – $25.00

BRONZE WINGS – $100 to $499

SILVER WINGS – $500 to $999

ONE STAR GENERAL – $1,000 – $2,499

TWO STAR GENERAL – $2,500 to $4,999

THREE STAR GENERAL – $5,000 to $9,999

FOUR STAR GENERAL – $10,000 +
