February 25-27, 2010, in Orlando, Florida.

Visit our booth to learn more about the WWII WASP and the museum that preserves their legacy.

Meet and discuss the exciting future of the Museum with its Directors,
including Major Bridget McNamara, USAF B1-B Pilot.

We will host a reception for the WASP and their families in the Coronado Room from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m on Fri., Feb. 26th.

Women in Aviation Day – Wednesday, March 10th

Celebrate Women in Aviation Day at the Museum on the same day that the WASP receive their Congressional Gold Medals in Washington, D.C. WASP Homecoming 2010

Saturday, May 29, 2010 will be a day of tribute to the Women Air Force Service Pilots, many of whom will return to Avenger Field to go back in time and share their stories and great spirit with guests. Dr. Peggy Chabrian, Founder and President of Women in Aviation International, will be the special guest speaker. A fly-in, a B1-B flyover, special tours, patriotic motorcycle rally, dinner and 40’s era dance in the evening, and other fun and interesting festivities will make Avenger Field the place to be.. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet real heroines and heroes of WWII on Memorial Day Weekend in Sweetwater, Texas.
